Body
A straight-wall Plastic Logistics Box moulded in PP, built to the 600 × 400 mm footprint that European warehouses and pallet networks are set up around. At 2.4 kg empty and rated to 25 kg, it works as a general-purpose tote for storage locations, order picking and closed-loop transport between sites.
Key Features

• 600 × 400 MM EURO FOOTPRINT - Sits on the standard Euro pallet module, so the same box works across racking, pallets and trolleys without re-planning layer patterns.
• PP CONSTRUCTION - Polypropylene body holds its shape under repeated handling and resists most common industrial liquids and cleaning agents.
• STACKABLE - Straight walls and a reinforced rim let loaded boxes stack on top of each other and on pallets. Stacking load: to be confirmed.
• 2.4 KG EMPTY WEIGHT - Light enough for manual picking and line-side handling while carrying a 25 kg rated load.
• EASY TO CLEAN - Smooth internal surfaces with no absorbent core - wash down and return to service.

Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes. Samples are available from MOQ 10 pcs, so a small evaluation order is practical. Sample cost and freight to be confirmed per destination.
Q: Are the boxes stackable?
A: Yes, the straight-wall design and reinforced rim allow stacking. The rated stacking load for this model is to be confirmed - please ask for the figure if your application depends on it.
Q: Are they nestable?
A: Not confirmed for this model. Nesting depends on the side-wall draft of the specific tool. Tell us whether empty-return space matters and we will confirm against the actual mould.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 10 pcs for standard specification. For ODM orders (existing tool, your colour and logo), lead time is 3-7 days. For OEM orders (new size or structure), MOQ is 100 pcs and mould development takes 30-45 days.
