Pallet-integrated HDPE bulk box on the 1200×1000mm footprint - a pallet and a container moulded as one.

A HDPE pallet at 1200×1000mm, rated to 4.0T static and 1.5T dynamic load. At 33.5 kg unit weight, it suits the application noted in the title while staying light enough to handle on site.

A: Yes. Samples are available from MOQ 10 pcs, so a small evaluation order is practical. Sample cost and freight to be confirmed per destination.
Q: Are they nestable?
A: To be confirmed for WB-1010-178 - nesting depends on the side-wall draft of the specific tool. Tell us whether empty-return space matters and we will confirm against the mould.
Q: Are they stackable?
A: Yes, the reinforced rim and base allow loaded units to stack on each other and on pallets. Ask us for the rated stacking load if your application depends on a specific number of layers.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 10 pcs for standard specification. ODM orders (existing tool, your colour and logo) take 3-7 days. OEM orders (new size or structure) need MOQ 100 pcs and 30-45 days of tooling.
Q: Can you develop a custom ?
A: Yes. We develop new sizes and structures from a drawing or a sample - OEM MOQ 100 pcs, tooling 30-45 days.
